There have been a few things I've been asked over the past couple of days. So I thought I'd make a list of interesting things to keep in mind. Important facts for when making and playing one of the Twilight werewolves. (also remember you can ask me if you need to know something specific. If I don't know the answer I will do my best to find it))
1.The females are rare, (Leah was the only one in the books), the reason for this is, that they will no longer be able to have children of any kind. When the female catches the fever, it stops her period completely. She goes through menopause basically. She can not have children. Therefore it's a sad time for a lot of them. (Leah was really upset by the fact)-it is uncertain but there is a chance that the period will return and she will be able to have children once she stops phasing all together. But she would have to stop phasing completely and never phase again.
2.They have to have a large amount Quileute blood in them somewhere to become one of the werewolves from Twilight. And only from certain bloodlines.
3.The Quileute werewolves are born. They can not be infected by a bite. They catch the fever because of vampires being around the area and eventually the mood swings and temper will make them shift for the first time
4.Vampire venom is poisonous to werewolves.
5.When they imprint. It's an instant thing with the one they are suppose to be with. Like that person is the only thing holding them to the earth.
-On a side note...the imprinting would be with whoever would make the next strongest breed of werewolves. The female able to carry the child that would hold the gene. Therefore female werewolves are not going to imprint since they can not get pregnant.
6.Once a werewolf transforms, his aging speeds up until he/she reaches the age of maturity, roughly 25. At this point, as long as he continues to phase, he remains at that age. It is possible that a werewolf could choose to live this way forever and enjoy the same limited immortality as a vampire, but most give up phasing in order to grow old and die alongside their family and friends. Once he/she gives up phasing altogether, he/she slowly begins to age again until their aging reaches the normal human speed.
7. The wolves in twilight do not mark their territory. Yes while it may be common for canines to mark their territory in the real world, in Twilight they do not. If that were the case. Jacob would have marked Bella in book two to keep Edward from her. He did not. Therefore there will be no "marking of territory".
8.Imprinting is suppose to be a rare thing. Meaning not every wolf in the pack is going to imprint.
